Refund Policy


Domestic Returns


You have 60 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange. After that, returns may no longer be accepted. International Returns Handled individually, please contact support for eligibility.

Return Eligibility


Items must be unused and in the same condition as shipped. Proof of purchase is required if no digital record is found.
Partial Refunds May Apply If:
-The item is damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (unless we’re at fault)
-The item is returned after the 60-day window

Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the result. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days. Order Cancellations If your item hasn’t shipped yet, you’ll receive a full refund.

Damage & Shipping Errors


If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it at no cost—just contact support or open a return within 7 days of delivery.
